We are the team of professionals, who create cosplay costumes, props and weapon replicas, wooden and metal. There are 14 high skilled and experienced masters currently part of our workshop team.

1) We don`t accept orders for tights, pajama models and shoes, except of those which are already present in our shop.
2)If during the creation of the costume there was doubt about the accuracy of the measurements, but the customer insisted on their correctness and refused to take measurements again, and upon receiving the order, the product was not in size - all financial costs for the alteration are borne by the customer.
3) We accept refunds ONLY for costumes, production of which haven`t been started. If we`ve already started to create your costume - refund is impossible.
4) We don`t create anatomical corsets and lingerie.
