Warranty and returns

Our custom tailoring system is a unique feature of our company. We strive to provide a perfect fit, and in most cases (98%) we succeed. However, we do consider size discrepancy claims. If you feel that a product does not fit you properly, please be prepared to provide photos with a tape measure to confirm the accuracy of the measurements.

In other 2% we are ready to remake the product, if you provide us with supporting data (photos with tape measure).

If the error is made on our part, we will remake the product free of charge or refund the amount of money to resolve the situation. If the error is in the measurements provided by the customer, we can re-make the product at the customer's expense.

Fixed size goods can be returned within 3 days in original condition. The cost of return shipping and customs fees - paid by the customer.

Returns must be reported to email manager@castleemerald.org within 3 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and complete.

We give a 1 month warranty on all our products.
