Secure Payments
Effective Date: July 30, 2026
This page explains how payments on our store are processed and protected.
1. Our Commitment to Payment Security
We use established, reputable payment providers to process transactions and do not handle your full payment card details directly on our own systems.
2. Payment Methods
Depending on your location and preference, you may be able to pay using:
-
Shopify Payments;
-
PayPal;
-
Hutko, a third-party payment service that accepts payment in a range of currencies and converts it to Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) at the time of payment.
3. Currency
Prices on our website are listed in US dollars (USD). If you pay via Hutko, your payment may be converted from your chosen currency into UAH at the time of payment; the exchange rate applied is determined by Hutko, not by us.
4. Encryption and Website Security
Our store runs on Shopify's hosted platform, which secures checkout pages and payment data in transit using SSL/TLS encryption. Payment card details you enter at checkout are transmitted directly to our payment providers and are not stored on our own servers. Shopify Payments is a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor, the highest level of certification in the payments industry.
5. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
Our payment providers apply their own fraud detection and payment authorization checks before a transaction is completed. In addition, because every order is produced individually, we contact each customer directly before production begins to confirm order and measurement details; this also gives us an opportunity to notice and query anything that looks inconsistent or unusual about an order.
6. Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, this decision is made by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, not by us. Please check your payment details and available balance, or contact your bank or payment provider, and feel free to contact us if you need help completing your order.
7. What We Do Not Store
We do not store your complete payment card number, CVV, or other full card details on our own systems. Limited transaction information (such as order amount and payment status) is retained as part of your order record for accounting and customer support purposes.
8. Your Safety
We will never ask you to send payment card details, passwords, or one-time verification codes to us directly by email or messaging app. If you receive a suspicious request claiming to be from us, please contact us to verify it before responding.
