How It Works

Every costume we make starts with you. On each product page, you’ll set:
• Size — Custom measurements. We don’t do generic sizing. Every costume is cut and sewn specifically for your body, so Size is always based on your own measurements.
• Color — Standard or Custom. Choose Standard to get exactly what’s shown in the listing photos, or Custom to tell us the color you actually have in mind.
• Fit — Men’s or Women’s Fit. Pick whichever cut feels right for you, regardless of your gender or what the listing photo shows. We build any costume for anyone — whether it’s about self-expression or getting the most accurate build for your character.

Only need part of a costume — a single piece, an accessory, or a prop, rather than the whole set? Tell us what you're after, and we'll put together an individual listing made specifically for that.

You’ll pay in full at checkout, with all major cards accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for faster checkout — crypto works too, just ask.
Made a mistake or had second thoughts while ordering? It’s not a disaster — nothing is final yet. We’ll go over every detail with you personally before anything is cut or sewn.

Once your order comes in, we send you the exact list of measurements needed for your specific costume, with clear instructions on how to take them. If anything feels tricky, just tell us — we’ll send extra photo or video guidance to make it easy.
Production only begins once everything is confirmed, so if you’re unsure about a number or want to double-check a detail, there’s still time.

With your measurements confirmed, our workshop gets to work. If anything you’ve asked for calls for extra materials or extra workshop time, we’ll always tell you the cost and send a separate invoice first — never a surprise charge after the fact, and only when it’s genuinely needed.
Wondering if we can turn your order around faster? Reach out and ask — we’ll check our workshop’s current workload and give you an honest answer, rather than a generic estimate.

You’re never left wondering what’s happening with your order. If our patternmaker has any questions about your measurements, we’ll ask before moving forward, not after.
And it’s entirely up to you how involved you’d like to be: on request, we’re happy to send progress photos as your costume comes together — or, if you’d rather we just get on with it quietly without pulling you away from your day, that works too. Either way, if a decision along the way genuinely needs your input, we’ll always reach out.

Once your costume is ready, it’s carefully packed — with whatever protection it needs for the journey — and shipped. You’ll get a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site right away, so you can follow it every step of the way.
