We ship worldwide
Wherever you are, we can ship to you. Import taxes or customs duties may apply depending on your country — these are set by your local authorities and are separate from what you pay us at checkout.
Production timelines
Every listing shows an average production time for that item — but keep in mind production only starts once we’ve received your measurements and confirmed every detail with you, not from the moment you place your order. The date on the listing is a helpful average, not a countdown that starts at checkout.

How long delivery takes
Shipping time is separate from production time, and the delivery window you see is also an average, based on what our carrier typically reports for your region. If you’re working with a deadline, let us know as soon as you place your order — either message us directly, or simply mention it when we reach out to confirm your measurements. We’ll check the current average delivery time to your country specifically, which can sometimes be shorter than the general estimate.
Because delivery involves carriers and customs authorities outside our control, we’re not able to guarantee an exact delivery date. What we can do is stay on top of it with you, choose the shipping carrier that tends to deliver fastest to your region, and help you track your order every step of the way.

Your shipping address
A quick double-check of your address before you complete your order is the easiest way to make sure your costume reaches you smoothly and on schedule. And if you spot a mistake after ordering, or your delivery address changes while we’re working on your order, just let us know — we’ll make sure it’s sent exactly where you actually need it.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, so you can follow your costume’s journey from our workshop to your door — on every order, always.
Shipping you can count on
97,8% of our shipments arrive exactly as sent. And for that rare exception, you’re already covered: every shipment is insured, so if your parcel is ever lost or damaged in transit through no fault of your own, we’ll remake and reship it at our own cost — no extra charge, no hassle.
