We do not manufacture:
- for dogs and other animals
- for children and babies
- for pregnant women
- simple casual wear
- bodysuits
- pantyhose
- underwear
- pajama models
- anatomical corsets, except for those already available in our store.

Lead times
The approximate production times for each item are based on our experience and serve as a guideline. Since most items are made to custom sizes and are often personalized, there may be various factors that affect production and delivery times.
If you have a specific date by which you need to receive your order, please let us know when placing your order.
We carefully monitor the quality of the products, which in some cases may cause delays (if modifications are required at your request).
Additional rules:
If the customer needs to cancel the order - a full refund is possible only before the start of sewing. After the start of production, refunds are calculated individually based on the resources spent.
If during the sewing process there are doubts about the accuracy of measurements, but the customer refuses to take them again, the adjustments are made at his expense.
Changes in the order (size, color, etc.) are allowed within one day after payment.
Orders start in production only after all measurements have been provided.
Differences in the client's physique and the model in the photo may affect the appearance of the product.
The color of fabric and accessories may vary slightly due to screen settings and dyeing peculiarities.
