Female body measurements

• Head – head circumference along eyebrows
• Neck – neck circumference
• Shoulder – shoulder length from neck to external point of the shoulder
• Arm length – length from external point of the shoulder to wrist measured along external side
• Chest – chest circumference measured along bust at widest point through the nipples
• Under bust – chest circumference measured under bust for ladies
• Waist – natural waist circumference measured at thinnest point
• Hipsbone circumference – horizontal girth of the body measured along the top of the hip bones (iliac crests)
• Hips – hips circumference measured around top of the hips and buttocks at widest point
• Thigh – thigh circumference measured at widest point
• Knee – knee circumference measured at widest point
• Calf – calf circumference measured at widest point
• Ankle – ankle circumference measured at widest point
• Biceps – upper arm circumference measured at widest point
• Elbow – elbow circumference measured at widest point
• Forearm – forearm circumference measured at widest point
• Wrist – wrist circumference measured at thinnest point
• Wrist-elbow – distance from wrist to elbow measured along external side
• Knee-ankle – distance from middle of knee to ankle
• Inseam – pants internal stitch length
• Outseam – pants external stitch length (i.e. length from belt to ankle)
• Full height – your full height from head to toe (including your neck and head)
• Front body length – distance from junction of the neck with shoulder to the waist through the nipple
• Back length – distance from junction of the neck with shoulder to the waist through the shoulder blade
