- A1 (halfaround) — Ear-to-ear head circumference, over the top of the head
- B1 (around) — Horizontal head circumference, around the forehead
- C (line) — Vertical head circumference, from the crown, over the temple, to under the chin
- D (line) — Diagonal head circumference, from the crown, along the jawline, to the jaw point
- J (around) — Neck circumference, at mid-neck
- J1 (around) — Neck circumference, at the base of the neck
- J3–J2 (line) — Front neck height, from the chin down to the base of the throat
- J4–J5 (line) — Ear height, the distance from the base of the neck/shoulder up to the bottom of the ear
